Ron has joined the founding team of TransactionExchange.com as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) since Jan-2007. He brings with him a wealth of experience in startup leadership, marketing, business-development and sales.

Before joining TransactionExchange.com, Ron had been a General Manager of Marketing and Business Development of HelloSoft, Inc. Ron Victor is responsible for strategic planning, business development, and directing HelloSoft’s VoIP, Wireless LAN and VoWLAN (Voice-Over-Wireless-LAN) initiatives in the up and coming converged network environment.

Ron started his career at Intel where he held a variety of marketing, business development and technical positions within Intel Corporation.

Mr.Victor was a founding employee and Vice-President of Business Development at Vyyo. – a cable modem startup located in Cupertino, California. Vyyo listed on the NASDAQ in early 2000.

Mr. Victor then founded Homeland Networks Corp. – a new media company focused in IPTV content distribution. Under his leadership Homeland Networks became the first company to develop and demonstrate a scalable content delivery platform for IPTV applications for large consumer audiences.
Satish is one of the founders and a primary technology-driver of TransactionExchange.com. He is the VP - Product Engineering.

As the Vice President of Product Engineering, Satish is responsible for defining, developing and executing the company?s product engineering strategy. Satish brings to TransactionExchange.com over 15 years of software development and management experience at some of Silicon Valley''s most high-profile companies.

When Satish joined TransactionExchange.com, he brought first hand knowledge of the challenges and opportunities faced by IT professionals in a Supply Chain Implementation. In his previous position as a consultant for one of the largest ERP companies, Satish oversaw successful deployments of a ERP systems that was key to the customers plans to become an truly integrated delivery network.

Satish & Rahul have previously launched a personal-finance website (XpenseTracker.com) in 1999 which started off as a hobby-project but grew into a commercial endeavor due to the acceptance it gained from the general public.
Ajay is one of the founders of TransactionExchange.com. As VP of Customer Engineering, he is responsible for managing technical support and customer engineering operations. He has more than 16 years experience in the IT industry. Most recently, he has been working as a consultant, providing eBusiness/e-Commerce solutions to customers such as Advantest, Bay Microsystems.

Previously, Ajay has worked at Hewlett-Packard and VeriFone, driving pre-sales activities and providing solutions to customers' business requirements.

In his spare time, he likes to try out new ideas, and enjoys hiking.
Sudhakar Parakala has been one of the founders of TransactionExchange.com. Sudhakar brings a wealth of business-experience and operational discipline to TransactionExchange.com. He has performed a strong customer-advocacy role from the early stages and his inputs and suggestions have shaped the user-interface of TransactionExchange.com.

Sudhakar has an MBA from University of Texas (Arlington) and has performed in the Planning and Operations roles at Flextronics and Synaptics. He has worked alongside IT organizations and driven major system implementations.

Sudhakar managed the operations for XpenseTracker.com - a personal-finance website which started off as a hobby-project but grew into a commercial endeavor due to the acceptance it gained from the general public.
